Founder & CEOmarion@caremate.eeThe idea of an innovative caregiving platform came from the fact that I have family members who are in need of help and I have worked as a caregiver in England for 6 years. I have studied social work, social policy, and sociology at the University of Tartu and completed the EBS master's program in entrepreneurship.
In society with an aging population, there is a shortage of care that would give peace of mind to people who have elderly or disabled family members. We help people to age with dignity at their own homes and provide caregivers flexible working conditions. CareMate platform offers you a solution!

Chief Technical OfficerI am a developer, a mom, and a believer in making the world a better place by joining efforts. While our individual capacities may be limited, we can create something so much bigger than ourselves if we share one vision and work together. For me human dignity and independence have always been of the utmost importance, and I am truly enthusiastic about this project which delivers assistance to the disabled and the elderly, just where it is needed the most.
While nowadays we have an unprecedented range of high-quality healthcare options and, essentially, a healthcare cult, we are at the same time acutely aware of the limitation and disabilities that inevitably accompany old age. However, thanks to the modern world being tightly bound by the all-powerful Internet, help is closer than it has ever been, and I see it as my task to make sure the connection between the requester and the helper works flawlessly.
